Watch Salma Hayek & Alec Baldwin in First Official Trailer for ‘Drunk Parents’

This brand-new trailer for Drunk Parents is making us feel way less guilty about burning the chicken nuggets…again.

Vertical Entertainment just dropped the first official trailer for the highly anticipated comedy, which stars Alec Baldwin (30 Rock) and Salma Hayek (Grown Ups) as they attempt to conceal their financial issues from their teenage daughter. (Poor decisions ensue.)

The trailer introduces us to Frank and Nancy Teagarten, a lower-class couple with an upper-class lifestyle. (Think black Range Rover and idyllic home but no money to pay for any of it).

After dropping off their daughter at her first day of college, the couple is forced to come to terms with the fact that they’re broke.

So, they hold a massive estate yard sale in an attempt to raise funds for her education. The problem? The transactions occurred after one too many drinks, and they wake up thinking, “What did we do?”

Of course, this only fuels more lies, and the downward spiral continues.

In addition to Baldwin and Hayek, Drunk Parents also stars Jim Gaffigan (The Jim Gaffigan Show), Joe Manganiello (Magic Mike XXL), Bridget Moynahan (John Wick: Chapter 2), Michelle Veintimilla (Seven Seconds) and Ben Platt (Pitch Perfect). It was directed by Fred Wolf (Grown Ups 2), who also co-wrote the script alongside Peter Gaulke (Ice Age 2: The Meltdown).

Drunk Parents will be exclusively available on DirectTV beginning March 21, followed by a theatrical release on April 19. Our to-go wine glass is patiently waiting.
