Brand-New ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Teaser Reveals Never-Before-Seen Footage (& Takes Us on a Trip Down Memory Lane…)

With only nine days remaining until the premiere of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel is giving us another look at what’s to come.

The MCU just dropped a brand-new trailer for the highly anticipated movie, and it features a look back at the universe’s most epic moments, along with never-before-seen footage from Endgame.

The trailer revisits memorable scenes from Marvel’s most noteworthy films. Highlights include Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) doing his signature pose during the missile demonstration in Iron Man, T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) preparing to take over the throne in Black Panther and that iconic elevator snafu in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

The clip also features voiceovers from previous movies—like Tony’s speech in the first Avengers film: “If we can’t protect the earth, you can be damn well sure we’ll avenge it.”

If you’re thinking, what about Endgame? Have no fear. The teaser shows new—yet minimal—footage from the upcoming Marvel film. When the team puts their hands in for an “all for one” chant, Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) turns to Tony and says, “Whatever it takes.”

Avengers: Endgame marks the end of phase three for the MCU. (Marvel is known for breaking its saga into chapters.) Unfortunately, the conclusion of the third installment isn’t a good thing for several heroes.

Not only is Captain America predicted to die, but Iron Man, Thor and The Hulk are all expected to depart the story line, so Marvel can further develop other characters—along with new ones—as it enters phase four.

Although we don’t know much about the next chapter, it will likely include Black Widow, The Eternals, Shang-Chi and Hawkeye, which will star Jeremy Renner.

Let the countdown to Avengers: Endgame continue.
