Here's your first look at Baby Sussex Archie Harrison! The royal baby, whose name was announced hours after his first photocall as Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, was held by dad Prince Harry and mom Meghan Markle on Wednesday at just two days old...and we're just going to leave these pics of the newest royal baby right here.
On May 6 at 5:26 a.m., a healthy baby boy was born to Markle and Prince Harry at The Portland Hospital in London.
Today, the new mom and dad gushed about the little bundle of joy (and you can watch the video here).
Speaking about their first few days as parents to a newborn, the duchess said, "It's magic, it's pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world, so I'm really happy."
"It's great. Parenting is amazing," the duke added. "It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy."
"He has the sweetest temperament, he's really calm. He's been a dream," Markle said.
"I don't know who he gets that from," Prince Harry said, as they both laughed.
The Sussexes confirmed they will introduce their son to Queen Elizabeth later today. Baby Sussex is her eighth great-grandchild and seventh in line to the throne.
When asked who the baby resembles more, Prince Harry said, "Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks."
"We're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows."
"He's already got a little bit of facial hair as well," Harry joked as they both laughed.
Already a pro at dad jokes, and little Archie is just two days old. (We expected nothing less, Your Highness.)
