Jennifer Aniston isn’t afraid to admit when the rumors are true, even if it means confirming she gets salmon sperm facials.
Last week, the actress, 55, appeared on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote her new children’s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life ($19). After teasing The Morning Show season four, Aniston played a fun game where she addressed gossip that has been said about her.
At the 2:40 mark, Aniston revealed that she’s used to hearing rumors about herself. While some are true, others are misconstrued—like when she filmed a scene for The Morning Show, featuring her character, Alex, getting splashed with oil. When photos surfaced online, fans couldn’t tell if it was accidental or planned for the show.
“I was getting endless texts,” she said. “‘Are you OK? What happened to you?’”
Next, Kimmel pulled out a tabloid magazine that claims Aniston is in a secret relationship with former U.S. President Barack Obama. “Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you’re like, ‘Oh no, what’s it gonna be?’” she added. “Or you get the emails saying some cheesy tabloid’s going to make up a story and then it’s that. I was not mad at it.”
Although the love affair is untrue, Aniston admitted that other rumors—like the salmon sperm facial—are accurate. “Don’t I look like a salmon?” she joked. “Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?”
When asked about belly dancing at family holidays, the actress confirmed that she used to perform. “The Greeks love any kind of family dinner,” she quipped.
