Healthcare Workers Can Now Apply to Receive a Free Willow Breast Pump

We recently learned that Christian Siriano and his team are pivoting production to make protective face masks for medical professionals. And now, more companies are joining the fashion designer by giving back to those on the frontlines.

Willow Pump just announced that it’s launching a special giveaway to help those in need during the coronavirus outbreak. The company is offering to donate its revolutionary breast pump to all eligible healthcare workers (while supplies last), so they can take multitasking to the extreme.

“We’re in awe of all the healthcare providers working on the frontlines right now to help during this time and know for many mamas it’s a trying time—working long hours while pumping milk to provide for your baby,” the website reads. “We want to help—we’re donating Willow pumps to healthcare workers to help support you in this.”

So, what is the Willow Pump? It’s the world’s first all-in-one wearable breast pump. Not only does it fit inside your bra, but it also has a hands-free operating system. Naturally, it’s become a must-have for on-the-go moms, especially those that don’t work in an office environment (like healthcare workers).

To apply for the giveaway, all you need to do is fill out the online form, which asks basic information about you and your job. Of course, there are some terms and conditions, since the giveaway is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The application is open to most medical professionals, including EMTs, health aides, imaging technicians, laboratory technicians, nurses, nursing assistants, lactation consultants, paramedics, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants and respiratory therapists.

We fully support this.
