When Paris Hilton held her newborn son, Phoenix (who she welcomed via surrogate in January of 2023), for the first time, she knew right away that her life would never be the same.

On Tuesday, the media personality shared a montage video filled with clips shown on her Peacock Original reality show, Paris in Love. The snippets featured in the video were apparently filmed on the day she and her husband Carter Reum visited Phoenix in the hospital after he was born via surrogate.

The video begins with Hilton, 42, who is rocking a sky-blue silk robe, holding her baby boy while lying in a hospital bed. Meanwhile, Reum, 42, kneels right beside her. Then the video jumps to Hilton giving Phoenix his first meal (!!!).

Hilton’s voiceover plays over the clip, which says, “This is my first time holding a newborn baby. And I can’t wait for all the firsts. His first smile, his first word, his first step.”

Through narration, The Simple Life alum adds, “I just had so many dreams of Phoenix just playing with the animals and going to Disneyland and going to like Taco Bell together.”

In the caption, Hilton wrote, “My life is finally complete,” alongside a baby and blue heart emoji. She continued, “My journey into motherhood is on the new season of #ParisInLove on @Peacock Click the link in my bio to stream some of my absolute favorite memories with Phoenix and Carter now.”

Hilton and Reum first became the proud parents of a baby boy. And several months later, the pair welcomed a newborn daughter named London via surrogate as well. Hilton announced the baby’s arrival a day after Thanksgiving when she posted a photo of a pink baby onesie with the name “London” written across the front on Instagram.

“Thankful for my baby girl,” she captioned the post.

Let’s hope we can see baby London’s arrival featured on Paris in Love too.
