A new HGTV series, a foray into the restaurant biz and baby number fiv e on the way. Do Chip and Joanna Gaines ever slow down?

The answer is a resounding no, because the expecting couple is on to their next project. On Thursday, they’ll be reopening their original Magnolia Store, aka “the little shop on Bosque” that Joanna refers to often on their HGTV show, Fixer Upper.

The store will be a “warehouse shop,” offering discounted last-chance items from their gigantic Magnolia Market at the Silos compound in downtown Waco.

Magnolia Market’s warehouse store will be open Thursdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 3801 Bosque Blvd., Waco, Texas.
