It's no secret that Meghan Markle’s post-royal style has changed over the years. Still, I’m totally digging her newfound love for minimalist fashion.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, just posted a photo on Instagram, featuring herself in a casual outfit that has major “coastal grandmother” vibes.
The photo was taken from an aerial viewpoint, featuring Markle walking on the ledge of a planter in her garden. She's wearing a pair of light-washed denim with a white tank top, a button-down and large sun hat. Similar to scenes from her Netflix show, Markle was barefoot.
The pieces she’s wearing are basic and emphasize minimalist fashion, which is key in nailing the coastal grandmother aesthetic. Still, the small styling details (i.e., the tucked in shirt and rolled sleeves) make the ensemble feel more put together.
The caption read, “Daily rituals.”
The photo was posted on the official As Ever Instagram page, which Markle launched last month. The duchess revealed that she was rebranding her lifestyle business from American Riviera to As Ever in partnership with Netflix. The brand’s homepage featured a rare glimpse of her 3-year-old daughter Lilibet, who can be seen running through the grass with Markle.
Markle explained that As Ever will include multiple products (yes, her fruit preserves are coming). She described the brand as “an extension of what has always been my love language… weaving together everything I cherish—food, gardening, entertaining, thoughtful living and finding joy in the everyday.”
