Well, that didn’t take long. Hoda Kotb just reunited with her Today cohosts Jenna Bush Hager and Savannah Guthrie and fans are totally here for it. While she hasn’t made a grand return to hosting (I wish), the trio had a sweet little get-together that’s giving major friendship goals.

Kotb, 60, took to Instagram on January 22 to share a selfie of the three of them cozied up in a restaurant booth, all smiles. Hager even had her arm wrapped around Kotb. “I love Wednesdays!!” Kotb captioned the pic, cheekily adding, “Also remember when you had that big goodbye party and now I am like…… HIIIIIIIIIIII!”

Hager, 43, immediately hopped into the comments, writing, “I love you,” while Guthrie, 53, reposted the selfie on her Instagram Story with the caption, “Reunion @jennabhager @hodakotb.” Fans were equally thrilled to see their favorite trio back together, with one writing, “So excited you all are together,” and another adding, “This makes us all so happy!!”

The reunion comes just weeks after Kotb officially said goodbye to Today on January 10, following a 17-year run that included countless memorable moments. Her final episode was nothing short of emotional, with heartfelt tributes from her coworkers and surprise appearances from big names like Oprah Winfrey, Simone Biles, Jamie Lee Curtis and even Kermit the Frog (iconic).

Kotb co-anchored Today’s 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. hours with Guthrie since 2018 and led the 10 a.m. segment starting in 2007. Hager joined her in 2019 after Kathie Lee Gifford’s departure. She announced her plans to leave in September 2024, sharing at the time, “I realized that it was time for me to turn the page at 60 and to try something new.”

While I’ll miss seeing her on-screen, this reunion proves the love between her and her Today fam isn’t going anywhere.
