I’m a firm believer that when the temperature drops, parents have every excuse in the book to bundle their kids up in the best winter gear. I have plenty of humorous baby pictures where I look like a stuffed sausage because of all the layers I have on (thanks, mom), but today’s baby fashion has stepped up their game. Case in point, the luxurious and cozy 7 AM Enfant Stroller Blanket ($205) that parents are equating to the likes and quality of Canada Goose.

I’m a *huge* fan of Canada Goose coats myself, specifically the Garnet puffer, so that comparison alone is enticing enough to get me to want to invest in one for my future kids that I don’t have yet. And can you blame me? The fleece-lined puffer is made with a water-resistant shell that’ll keep out rain, snow and wind, plus it’s equipped with premium insulation that claims to keep your kiddo warm in temperatures down to -4 degrees Fahrenheit.

Best of all—well, besides the ergonomic hood—this beloved sleeping bag comes in a myriad of colors (19!), with three sizes of footmuffs and has the option to expand in length and width, thanks to the length extensions. In other words, it’s the ideal cozy option for parents because 1) you don’t have to fight to get your kids into the sleeping bag like you do with jackets and 2) it’s designed to grow with your baby into their toddler years.

But don’t just take my word for it just because I think it’s the most fashionable winter accessory a baby can own, it’s a hit amongst parents, too, for many reasons. “This is like a Canada Goose of stroller's blanket,” says Amazon customer Denzil K. “It is expensive for what it is, but it works really well.” His only qualm is that the zipper can sometimes get stuck on the lining, but features like the removable anti-slip back panel and machine washable functionality make it worth it.

It works with just about any stroller that features a five-point harness, too. PureWow Executive Editor Dara Katz backs this—and its comfort: "We've used it on both YoYo and Nuna Mixx Next for a toddler, as well as a baby," she says. "It keeps them warm and bundled with room to breathe (and grow!) so that you can still do your walks without worrying if they kicked off their shoe."

While I support you if you want to splurge on your baby with little Canada Goose jackets to match your own, the 7 AM Enfant Stroller Blanket is a warm, cozy and more affordable alternative for wintertime. Parents, you know what to do.
