In a matter of only 48 hours, the brand-new rom-com The Out-Laws has managed to move into the top spot on Netflix's list of most-watched movies. Currently, it is sitting above trending classics like Titanic and new hits like Extraction 2 and Run Rabbit Run.

It's no surprise The Out-Laws quickly caused a buzz, given its star-studded cast, which includes Adam DeVine (Pitch Perfect), Pierce Brosnan (Mamma Mia!), Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries) and Ellen Barkin (Ocean's Thirteen).

The Out-Laws follows bank manager Owen Browning (DeVine), who is planning for his wedding with his longtime love, Parker (Dobrev). However, when Owen's bank gets robbed on the same week as their scheduled nuptials, he gets a sneaking suspicion that it has something to do with his future in-laws, who just got into town.

To make matters even wilder, the robbers who Owen encounters are none other than an infamous group of thieves called the “Ghost Bandits,” which would mean that Parker's parents are far more dangerous than he could've ever imagined. But while this may sound serious, the tangled web leads to a string of hilarious hijinks in the film.

Along with the notable leading cast, The Out-Laws features other major names, including Michael Rooker (The Suicide Squad), Poorna Jagannathan (Never Have I Ever), Richard Kind (Mad About You), Julie Hagerty (Lost in America) and Blake Anderson (Workaholics).

Not to mention, the rom-com was produced by DeVine, Allen Covert (Just Go with It) and Adam Sandler (Grown Ups). Meanwhile, Tyler Spindel (The Wrong Missy, Father of the Year) served as director on the film.

We certainly know what we'll be streaming this evening (especially if we need a humorous watch with our in-laws).
