In 2024, she starred in the acclaimed Feud: Capote vs. the Swans and followed it up with a spectacular performance in Coralie Fargeat's The Substance (for which she earned an Oscar nomination). The actress came to fame in the '90s as a member of the Brat Pack, and Ghost, Indecent Proposal and Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle remain some of her best-known work. This career resurgence has me interested in everything from the star's beauty secrets to her romantic life. And, of course, I'd be lying if I said Demi Moore's net worth wasn't of interest, too. 2. How Did Demi Moore Amass Her Fortune?

Nearly half of Moore's $200 million fortune is thanks to a generous divorce settlement with Bruce Willis (more on that later). The rest can largely be attributed to her acting career—per Celebrity Net Worth, Moore earned around $60 million on films during the height of her career in the '90s.

In 2005, the Feud: Capote vs. the Swans star was the face of Versace, though she signed for an undisclosed amount. In addition to her film work and real estate holdings, Moore was also a co-producer behind the Austin Powers franchise. Between 1997 and 2002, the three films grossed $676.3 million on a combined budget of $112.5 million.

3. How Much Has Demi Moore Made as an Actress?

Per Variety, Moore established her career with performances in St. Elmo's Fire (1984) and About Last Night (1986), which led to a career high in the '90s. Indecent Proposal, Disclosure and The Scarlet Letter were some of her biggest paychecks, earning Moore $5 million, $6 million and $7 million, respectively. The release of Striptease and G.I. Jane made Moore the highest paid actress in the world at the time, as she earned $12.5 million ($25 million equivalent in 2025) for the former and $11 million for the latter. Because of this, she's been seen as a pioneer for equal pay in Hollywood.

"It wasn’t about comparing myself to [Bruce Willis]. Yes, I saw what he got paid. It was really more about: 'Why shouldn't I? If I'm doing the same amount of work, why shouldn't I?'" she told writer Lulu Garcia-Navarro in an interview with The New York Times in 2024.

Following a string of box-office flops, Moore withdrew from the spotlight and accepted projects sporadically throughout the 2000s and 2010s. She reappeared prominently in 2024's Feud: Capote vs. the Swans and is now a frontrunner for the Oscars with The Substance, for which she was paid $5 million, per Spoiler US.

5. How Much Did She Get for Her Divorce?

Moore has been married three times, most notably to Bruce Willis (1987-2000) and Ashton Kutcher (2005-2012). One of the properties was a sumptuous apartment in the iconic Upper West Side San Remo building, adjacent to Central Park. According to Architectural Digest, the actress, who bought the apartment with Willis in 1990, accepted an offer of $45 million.
