Michelle Monaghan, who stars as one-third of our favorite dysfunctional friend group on season three of The White Lotus, may be a little grating in her role as Jaclyn, but there's no denying the fact that she looks fabulous. In addition to a rotation of chic resort outfits, she shows off plenty of vacation-worthy makeup looks one would expect of her character, who, in an oh-so-meta turn of events, is also a television star.

Well, while co-star Leslie Bibb's character, Kate, couldn't help but ask who her surgeon was, I'm pleased to share that one of Monaghan's beauty secrets on the show has nothing to do with going under the knife.
