In general, we’re pretty aware of the foods we should avoid (or at least limit). You know, candy, soda, anything processed—the usuals. But we weren’t totally aware of all the foods we should be eating more of. As it turns out, there are certain ingredients that especially important for women to incorporate into their diet.
