Reese Witherspoon’s Son Deacon Looks Like Her Carbon Copy in New IG Selfie

We've said it a million times and we'll say it again: Reese Witherspoon's got some powerful genes.

Only a few weeks ago, we established that her daughter, Ava Phillippe, is nearly indistinguishable from her mom. But now, after taking a close look at the Legally Blonde star's latest Instagram selfie, we're starting to think that her son, Deacon, is the real doppelgänger.

The post features a close-up of the 18-year-old actor and musician as he embraces his mom, and both of them are all smiles. In the caption, Witherspoon wrote, "This hug made my whole year @deaconphillippe." In the comments, he responded, "Miss you so much!!"

Fans also called out the mother-son duo's uncanny resemblance in the comments section. One follower wrote, "He is a copy of you." Another chimed in, "Twins, no mistaking who his momma is!"

This isn't the first time Witherspoon and her lookalike son made us do a double take. Back in April 2021, Witherspoon shared a selfie with Deacon against a breathtaking sunset, and the two could pass for twins. She wrote, "Not enough words to say how much I love this guy.
