To bide our time, we've been exploring the past work of the cast members of Manifest. In our investigation, we just realized that Athena Karkanis, who stars as Grace Stone on the series, filmed a couple of TV episodes with a royal in the past.
That's right—back in 2017, Karkanis was featured on two episodes of Suits with Meghan Markle. In season six, Karkanis appeared in “The Painting” and “Teeth, Nose, Teeth” as Marissa, a law student who gets mentored by Mike Ross.
This isn't the first time we've discovered a star from one of our favorite shows got to act alongside the Duchess of Sussex. Fans of Virgin River know Benjamin Hollingsworth as Dan Brady on the romantic drama, but he also starred in season one of Suits as Kyle Durant, the rival of Mike.
As we previously mentioned, Manifest fans have been through a whirlwind this year. A couple months ago, NBC announced that the hit series would be canceled after its third season. After an outcry from fans, the show quickly jumped into the number-one spot on Netflix. Now, the streaming giant has announced that they picked up Manifest for a fourth and final season.
Has everyone worked with Markle? We're beginning to think “yes” at this point.
