Kate Middleton and Prince William Rarely Show PDA, so We Lost It When We Saw This New Pic

Compared to their Duke and Duchess of Sussex counterparts (triple hand holding!), Prince William and Kate Middleton are often restrained and reserved in public and during royal engagements. But call it the Markle Sparkle, or possibly the hint of spring (and love!) in the air, but the Cambridges have started to let their guard down and their affection show.

While playing soccer football with kids in Northern Ireland today, Middleton and Prince William showed some adorable (and rare) PDA, and we couldn't not share.

See that flirty arm grab? We think these two are taking a hint from their bro- and sis-in-law (and we can't get enough.)

The Cambridges visited Northern Ireland for a two-day tour of Belfast, Fermanagh and Ballymena. Today’s visit to Windsor Park football stadium, home of the Irish Football Association (IFA), is in partnership with Shooting Stars, an organization that encourages young girls to play football, and Ahead of the Game, which works to support clubs and volunteers when dealing with mental health issues.

The royal mom of three looked appropriately sporty in a Barbour jacket, Ralph Lauren sweater and black skinny jeans for the kick-around.

Who knew a competitive day of sports could get the sparks flying? (*Immediately purchases tickets to local soccer match*)
