Kate Middleton Wows in Aquamarine Emilia Wickstead Dress as She Shows Off Go-To Parenting Move

As their Caribbean tour winds down, Kate Middleton and Prince William stopped in the Bahamas to conclude their trip. And of course, she had to show up and show out with her latest ensemble—that not only looks fabulous but has a very important sentiment behind it.

Shortly after landing, Middleton was photographed wearing an Emilia Wickstead aquamarine dress (one of the colors in the Bahamas national flag) and nude-colored heels. The royal opted for a half-up ‘do (with a middle part).

Middleton has made a point to match her dress to each country's flag throughout her tour. And earlier this month, she sported a blue McQueen jumper on a trip to the Ukrainian Cultural Center. For those unaware, blue is one of the colors of the Ukrainian national flag.

The royal couple was welcomed to the Bahamas by an eight-year-old local girl Aniah Moss, who brought them a bouquet of flowers. And, that’s where we saw Middleton’s go-to parenting move. While greeting the child, the duchess bent down at eye level and held a conversation with her. We’ve seen this move many times before, even on this very tour.

While visiting Belize, the royal couple spent time with the Garifuna community and immersed themselves in their traditions. In a video clip shared to the couple’s official IG account, Middleton is shown using her hack to greet the children. Even her husband used the same stance to talk to the children face to face. The move encourages open communication on more equal terms.

“Wow! What a welcome,” the caption read on the post. “It was a privilege to spend time with the Garifuna community and experience some of their traditions, here in Hopkins. Thank you Mama G for hosting such a special event!”

It’s official, we’re stealing this move.
