Even if you’re not an obsessive type-A package tracker like we are (we have every major mail distributor website bookmarked…just FYI), this is good news for anyone with an Amazon account.
The online retail giant now lets you track your deliveries on a map in real-time (very similar to when you watch your driver approach your pick-up point on the Uber or Lyft app)—and holy shipping, we wish every mail service had this (USPS, we’re staring daggers at you).
According to CNET, the new feature is now available to all U.S. deliveries on both the Amazon app and website, and provides info like when the package will arrive, how many stops the driver has to make before your home or business (according to one Twitter user) and a map showing the delivery truck’s route.
BRB, tracking our toilet paper. (Siri, never let us cut it this close again.)
