This Watermelon-Mint Vodka Ice Pop Recipe Is the Stuff of Summer Dreams

Yes, sitting on the back porch with a chilled glass of rosé in hand sounds lovely. Honestly, though, the thought of sinking our teeth into a cool, boozy ice pop seems much more satisfying. Here’s how to make a watermelon-mint vodka version in your very own kitchen. Please freeze responsibly.

What You Need:
 - 4 cups cubed watermelon
 - Juice of 1 to 2 limes
 - Small bunch fresh mint
 - 2 teaspoons rose water
 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
 - 3 ounces vodka

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Pour the mix into your freezer mold and insert popsicle sticks.

Step 3: Let freeze overnight.
