Harold Perrineau, who you may recognize as Link from The Matrix franchise or Julian from The Best Man, currently stars as Boyd Stevens in From—one of the most underrated sci-fi thrillers on MGM+. And while his character is a reluctant leader with a dark past, Perrineau's life behind the cameras is quite different.

For one, he is happily married with three children, and two of them happen to be actresses. But what about Harold Perrineau's wife, Brittany Perrineau? How did they meet and when did they get married? As I await new episodes of his chilling horror series (From returns to production later this year, and is set to premiere in 2026), I'm taking a closer look at the star's romantic life. Keep reading for details.

1. Who Is Harold Perrineau's Wife, Brittany Perrineau?

Brittany Perrineau (née Robinson) is a former actress and model who's best known for her roles in FelonLost and Saving Face. According to IMDB, the Swedish star also landed a small role in her husband's 2008 film, Your Name Here, and currently, she's executive producing an upcoming Indie comedy drama called Swag. Not much else has been revealed about her background, so it appears that Brittany prefers to keep her personal life private.

2. How Did They Meet?

In 2023, while chatting with Buzzfeed about his reunion with executive producer and director Jack Bender in From, Harold revealed that he first met his wife on the set of Lost.

He said, "Reconnecting with Jack Bender is actually fantastic because I've known Jack Bender for years. I did a project with Jack, and that's where I met my wife. So, I've known Jack for years and years and years. That helped us have a real shorthand as far as the acting or whatever goes."

3. When Did Harold and Brittany Get Married?

According to IMDB, Harold tied the knot with Brittany on August 27, 2002. At the time, he was 39 and his wife was 26.

Neither have opened up about the details of their wedding day, but Harold has briefly mentioned his marriage. When asked about interracial relationships in Hollywood in a 2019 interview with BET, Harold said, "I’m in an interracial marriage myself, and I have always been a strong proponent for 'free is free,' right? If we fought for our freedom, to be free, then we are free to pursue work, jobs, life and love in whatever form that takes. Free is free."

He added, "This idea that I have to be bound by the idea that I have to be with a Black woman, or I have to be with a woman period, when I’ve found love somewhere else or I feel differently than you might feel…I’ve always been a proponent of 'free is free.' But the freedom to love this person, or that person, to love Miss Lawrence or to be in love with Regina Hall—I want that freedom."

4. Do They Have Any Children?

They sure do. Harold and Brittany share daughters: Aurora Perrineau (30), Wynter Aria Perrineau (16) and Holiday Grace Perrineau (11).

Their youngest daughter typically steers clear of the spotlight, but Aurora and Wynter are both following in their parents' footsteps. Aurora is an actress and producer who's best known for her work in When They See Us, Prodigal Son, Westworld and Kaos. Meanwhile, Wynter landed small roles in L.A.'s Finest, People You May Know and Jem and the Holograms.

5. Is Brittany Active on Social Media?

Brittany currently doesn't have any public social media accounts. However, her daughter Aurora is very active on Instagram—and Brittany has made quite a few appearances on her Instagram feed.

For instance, in honor of her mom's birthday last September, the Kaos star wrote, "Happpppy happy birthday to my best friend!!! Thanks for always being a phone call away (and answering 45 calls a day from me), for your humor, for being kind to everyone, for helping anyone at a moments notice and for my love of Taco Bell We are all so lucky. I love you so much, twin!!!"
