If you’ve watched Friends so many times that you can practically recite every “How you doin’?” reference, then we have a treat for you.

Booking.com is offering fans the unique opportunity to host a sleepover in Rachel and Monica’s New York City apartment. The fake residence is currently sitting on a sound stage in NYC, and for a limited time only, it’s being transformed into an instant hotel for—drumroll, please—The Friends Experience.

That’s right, the life-like exhibit will be open to visitors in a few months’ time. Guests will not only get to stay the night, but they’ll also receive a private tour of the sets. Oh. My. God!

The deal even comes with a professional photographer in case you want to recreate any iconic moments from Friends, like having a conversation on Central Perk’s iconic orange couch or joining Ross in screaming “Pivot!” while moving furniture.

Interested in signing up? Be sure to set a calendar reminder for May 21 at 10 a.m. ET, which is when the listing goes live on Booking.com. The Friends Experience is set at the affordable price of $20 per night, so we expect availability to fill up quickly.

There’s no word on whether the cast—David Schwimmer (Ross Geller), Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green), Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing) and Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay)—will make any surprise cameos. But hey, we can dream, right?
