25 Healthy Morning Habits You Need To Try ASAP
Having a healthier (read: better) morning doesn’t have to mean preparing a gourmet breakfast or going through a 75-minute yoga sequence. There are actually tons of easy, little things you can do to start your day off right. Try these 25, all of which take less than 30 seconds to do.
1. Don’t hit snooze
Keep your phone across the room to cut down on temptation.
2. Stretch in bed
Man, that feels good.
3. Open your blinds
Let the sunshine in.
4. Take a multivitamin
Better yet, a vitamin pack personalized to your health needs.
5. End your shower with cold water
We promise, it’s healthy.
6. Drink a glass of water
Here’s the catch: before your first coffee.
7. Make some coffee
Because you’re human.
8. Turn your phone on airplane mode
Your emails will still be there in an hour.
9. Light A Candle
Mmm, smells like the ocean.
10. Say a positive affirmation
