Expertise
I contribute to all of PureWow’s lifestyle verticals, but my specialty lies in relationships, sex and interior design. When writing about dating, I have one goal in mind: To bridge the gap between the conversations men and women have every day. (Whether that's through fantasy football or investment strategy terms.) I regularly collaborate with psychologists and neuro experts, and as the co-host of PureWow's dating series Cupid's Corner, I condense hours of research into bite-sized videos.
As for interiors, I've had the privilege of working with several high-profile designers—including Jordan Carlyle and Karen B. Wolf (who have appeared in Architectural Digest and Vogue Living, respectively). I have years of hands-on experience in the luxury design space, and thanks to a degree in media, I produced and edited a podcast, Design Pop, which makes emerging home trends accessible to the masses.
Experience
I have a somewhat unorthodox background, making me a jack of all trades. My first internship was at The Wellery in Saks Fifth Avenue, establishing my foundation in the health and wellness space. I then moved on to Carlyle Designs, contributing to interior projects that appeared in Architectural Digest. My journey continued at William Morris Endeavor in 2019, allowing me to polish my writing skills by evaluating scripts and submitting lengthy coverage. After college, I was hired as a producer and media strategist at Karen B. Wolf Interiors, which is when I filmed and edited a podcast and wrote daily features. Eventually, I brought my “big three”—writing, wellness and interiors—to PureWow as an Associate Lifestyle Editor.
Education
In 2020, I graduated from Indiana University with a dual degree in communications and media management, law and policy. In my creative studies, I focused on opinion essay writing and non-fiction storytelling. My media law courses involved essential topics, like the ethical responsibility to the reader. And with a minor in gender studies, I learned how romantic relationships have evolved—and how they continue to evolve in today's cultural zeitgeist.
