Modern Family star, Sofía Vergara, was a vision in scarlet on the wine-colored carpet at the 2024 Emmys. The actress attended this year's Emmys ceremony with an Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie nomination for her work in Griselda. The crime drama is a miniseries that chronicles the life of Griselda Blanco, a Medellín, Colombia native who became "the Godmother" of Miami's drug empire.

According to Harper's Bazaar, Vergara's look was a custom Dolce and Gabbana dress with a plunging sweetheart neckline in a vibrant red hue. The strapless, floor-length number had a fitted bodice and fanned out with a short, yet swishy train. The symmetical ruched and folded detailing on the bodice was incredibly eye-catching and accentuated the actresses hourglass shape.

The America's Got Talent judge decided to keep thing simple and elegant by pairing the striking dress with minimal jewelry. She wore the dress sans necklace showing off her neck and collarbone instead. Instead, her diamond chandelier earrings and sparkling rings did all the talking. Vergara topped off the look with a bold bronze smoky eye, a rosy taupe lip and blush pink nude nail while styling her long golden brown hair in loose waves with a casual side-part.

On the carpet, Vergara posed for photographs with her Griselda co-star, Paulina Dávila who played Isabel in the hit Netflix original.

In addition to serving major looks at this year's Emmys, Vergara also made history becoming the first actress of Hispanic origin to be nominated for Best Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie. A major congrats to Sofía!
