Serena Williams (41) is currently pregnant with her second child, so she decided to share her pregnancy belly skin routine in a new video on YouTube. (Oh, and watch out for a few special cameos and comical commentary from Williams's 5-year-old daughter, Olympia.)

“When I had Olympia in my belly, I didn't really put a lot of things on,” the Olympic gold medalist says at the beginning of the clip. “This time around, I’m like, ‘I don't wanna get any stretch marks...so I'll show you what I do.”

The tennis superstar begins by highlighting an important staple: cocoa butter. “The best thing to do, I heard, was cocoa butter,” Williams says. “I ordered mine on Amazon—you get it raw. So, I got raw cocoa butter and I just rub it on my belly in the morning...The lower area is also super important for me.” (You can get it on Amazon for $19.) Williams also jokes, “Normally, I rub my boobies too, but that's for a different platform.”

But that's not all that William does. In the clip, the athlete notes that she also purchases raw shea butter ($8) from Amazon and mixes that with the cocoa butter. Then, she massages the mixture onto her belly and her lower back.

The next ingredient is one Williams heard about from a famous pop singer—pure vitamin E oil ($10). “I saw where Mariah Carey said she used to take baths with vitamin E oil every single day,” Williams says. “Vitamin E oil is apparently good for scarring...I'm just trying to make my skin more elastic.”

Finally, after the Grand Slam champion rubs in the oil, she says that she switches things up every once in a while. “During the day, if I feel like my tummy is a little dry, I add on [coconut oil],” Williams says. She uses pure coconut oil ($8) too. The tennis player says friends have also started recommending bio oil ($26) and stretch mark-targeting belly masks ($9).

Williams and her husband, Alexis Ohanian (40), welcomed Olympia in September 2017. They announced that they were expecting another child at the Met Gala on May 1.

Your advice is always appreciated, Serena.
