According to the Daily Mail, Prince William was previously expected to attend this year's BAFTA awards in London. Instead, he will be on vacation with his family in Mustique, a private island in the Grenadines known for its luxurious offerings and A-list celebrity visitors.
According to the report, the couple and their children arrived at their destination on Thursday, and are believed to have taken a business class flight to Saint Lucia before hopping on a private flight to the island. The rest and relaxation is much-deserved for the Prince and Princess of Wales, who recently gave us a rare display of PDA on Valentine's Day by sharing a romantic photo on Instagram.
The picture, which featured the pair sitting together alone in the woods, showed the happy couple holding hands while lounging on a picnic blanket, with Middleton giggling brightly as her husband sweetly kissed her on the cheek. The post was captioned with a single red heart emoji.
2025 is off to a great start for the royal family after a rough 2024 that saw Middleton diagnosed with cancer.
In January, Middleton made an emotional return to The Royal Marsden, the same center where she received her chemotherapy treatments, to share an update on the status of her health. Taking to Instagram for the big reveal, she posted a slideshow of pictures alongside a statement confirming that she is now in remission. “It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focused on recovery. As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal,” she wrote in her post.
