Bah Humbug! Gabrielle Union Shares Too-Funny Video of Daughter Kaavia Not Really Getting into the Holiday Spirit

Gabrielle Union loves to share videos of her 3-year-old daughter, Kaavia James, on social media. While the toddler has been seen doing things like snuggling with her mom and swimming with her dad on Instagram, she is also known for the hilarious “unamused faces” and “side-eye” that she serves.

The “Shady Baby” (as Union endearingly calls her) recently took part in a holiday pageant, and Union shared a video of her performance. Throughout the clip, Kaavia maintains an unimpressed face and it seems she hasn't caught the holiday spirit quite yet.

Union captioned the clip, “They say the holiday season is upon us. Kaavia James disagrees.”

At the beginning of the video, Union is heard saying, “You've got it!” and then she gives Kaavia a high five. Kaavia then walks over to her dad, Dwyane Wade, and gives him a hug before walking on stage.

While performing with her classmates, Kaavia was seen wearing a festive red-and-white dress along with a headband that features candy cane antlers.

Fellow celebs were obsessed with the video, like Tarana J. Burke, who said, “Kaavia said BAH HUMBUG!!” Actress Lisa Vidal commented, “Oh my goodness! Adorable!!!” And Amanda Seales added, “Lololol I know this feeling.”

On the Instagram account that Union and Wade run for their daughter, they also shared a video from the pageant. In the caption they said, “If you were wondering how my holiday pageant at school went…We shoulda done The Grinch. #ShadyBaby.”

This video featured a looping clip of Kaavia staring at one of her peers as they walked across the stage. Users loved this video too, commenting “Meme queen” and “Only Kavi. That’s the #scorpio stare.”

We would love a Christmas movie starring Kaavia.
