The 150-Calorie Frozen Treat That'll Seriously Make Your Summer

Hi, we like ice cream. But we also like sticking to a reasonably healthful eating plan a couple nights a week. That’s why we’re obsessed with this frozen banana treat that’s so easy to make, you could do it in your sleep.

What you need: Parchment paper, a bunch of bananas, popsicle sticks, half a bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and sprinkles.

What you do: Insert the popsicle sticks into the bananas, then melt the chocolate either in the microwave or in a double boiler on your stove top. Once it’s good and gooey, dip the banana pops into the mixture until they’re coated. Shake on some sprinkles, then place those puppies on parchment paper and stick the whole thing in the freezer. 

And then? Give 'em about an hour to set. Now you're ready to chow down, guilt-free.
