This TikToker is Sharing Fashion Forecasts For 2021—and There’s a Major Theme for the Year Ahead

By now you probably know that we love to spend hours on TikTok discovering that we’ve been draining our pasta wrong this entire time. And to learn about all the random-but-lifesaving products that we have to buy ASAP. But once you find the right accounts (hot tip: find your way onto fashion TikTok sooner rather than later), you’ll realize this app can actually be a really great way to up your knowledge in niche topics. Including fashion trends.

One of our fave accounts to follow in that vein is Agus Panzoni, aka @thealgorythm, a former trend forecaster who turns her years of expertise into 30-second clips. Aside from her super useful career advice, Panzoni breaks down what the upcoming “it” items of the future will be...and it looks like we’ll all be wearing futuristic cutouts this summer.

In this video, she breaks down four major look for Spring/Summer 2021 and every one of them feature these skin-baring details. And great news: There’s definitely a way to rock this look that works with your current personal style, which means you don’t have to be a popstar like Dua Lipa to pull off this look—though she did do that on the cover of Rolling Stone just last month, wearing up-and-coming label Rui.

Prefer to keep your outfits on the more modest side?
