Anna Delvey was voted off of Dancing with the Stars, and all I have to say is…it’s about time.

This week, the fraudster, 33, and her professional partner, Ezra Sosa, were eliminated from the dancing competition. And let’s just say, Delvey was *not* happy about it.

Following her departure, I enlisted body language expert Darren Stanton to analyze Delvey’s final moments on DWTS and explain how her connection with Sosa (or lack thereof) contributed to her demise.

“There was nothing there between her and Ezra,” Stanton said (on behalf of FruitySlots.com). “During the eviction, I noticed that Anna flashed a small gesture of contempt and a fake smile at him. She was mortified to be voted off so early.”

Stanton admitted that her behavior during the episode showed volumes about her character. “Anna definitely deserved to go. Her attitude towards the process came across as slightly arrogant, and there was no connection between her and her partner Ezra,” he explained. “I think she felt as though she should have gone further, despite her saying she learnt ‘nothing’ from the process. She totally disregarded everything.”

Stanton also shared details about Sosa’s reaction to the elimination, adding, “I don’t think Ezra was impressed by the comment either, as he looked away and flashed a signal of disgust. He also closed his eyes, which is known for being a signal of shame.”

The expert continued, “When someone tries to escape a situation, they try to create as much distance as possible, and closing your eyes is probably the most extreme thing you can do. He closed his eyes, flashed a little bit of disgust with his nose, then looked down. That’s basically a combination of lots of different emotions, but essentially, he was upset with her attitude. He obviously feels that he did a lot for Anna, which has been thrown back in his face.”

While Sosa didn’t deserve this ending, it feels like a case of good riddance.
