Flu season is hitting hard this year, and if you're like us, you've likely found yourself with a constant case of the sniffles and pesky congested sinuses. Considering we'd like to be able to *taste* our chocolates when Valentines's Day comes around, we've been scouring the internet for the best remedies out there. So we were excited (to say the least) to find that the viral Vicks Sinus Steam Inhaler (was $50, now $43), which shoppers say provides portable relief *and* a relaxing experience, is currently on sale at Amazon.

This personal steamer gives you *much* more than just spa vibes, though. Designed to alleviate congestion, dryness, coughs and allergies, the device features an ergonomic face mask that delivers a warm mist to soothe your sinuses. Plus, you can add in menthol Vicks VapoPads ($17) for an extra boost of relief. The treatment only takes between five and 15 minutes, so you can say goodbye to your stuffy nose in a flash.

It's worth noting, though, that reviewers say it can take up to six minutes for the steam to heat up, and some had to apply lip balm to keep their lips from becoming overheated. But, overall, buyers rave over the steamer's easy-to-use design and portable size: "This is a game changer! It's so easy to use, just add water, and wait for steam. Initially, it does have a plastic smell (or whatever dish detergent you use to wash the face mount) but I'm hoping that clears over time...I will be taking this on every future trip I take."

Another reviewer says it's a lifesaver in dry climates. "I live in a super dry climate. I have autoimmune disease and take medication that cause extremely dry eyes and mouth. When I’m absolutely miserable (especially in winter) I pull this thing out...Good lord does it help. And I don’t feel like it’s too hot."

We've already got our credit cards out to scoop up the steamer while we can save some cash on it. If you're seeking a quick, easy way to relax and, you know, actually *breathe* through the winter months, you might want to, too.
