After the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in the 2024 Super Bowl, Taylor Swift accompanied her boyfriend, Travis Kelce (aka K.C.’s tight end), to a Super Bowl after-party. But much to our surprise, the couple were joined by two surprise guests: her parents, Scott and Andrea Swift.

In a video posted on the singer’s TikTok page earlier this week, fans were given an inside glimpse into Taylor’s fun awkward night out with her mom and dad. “It’s a friends and family party, they said,” the singer wrote in the white text overlaying the video. “Bring your parents, they said.”

The video (which currently has over 5M likes) starts with Kelce making a silly face into the camera. Then, the clip cuts to Scott and Andrea sitting next to Taylor, who looks up awkwardly. Before TikTok removed the audio from the clip, NSFW lyrics could be heard playing in the background.

The “Cruel Summer” singer captioned the video, “Accidentally going clubbing with your parents is something everyone should try at least once in their life.”

Taylor’s fans rushed to the comments section to share their reaction to the funny clip. One person wrote, “I feel like I’ve been sent this personally.” Another follower noted how this is the first time Taylor has posted Kelce on her social media profile, writing, “YES TRAVIS IS OFFICIALLY ON TAYLOR SWIFT’S ACCOUNT.”

And that fan was not wrong. This is in fact the first time Taylor has posted her man on her official social media account since they started dating in September 2023. The pair went public with their relationship the following month.

The 34-year-old singer recently opened up about her relationship with the football player during her exclusive with Time Magazine back in December.

When she was asked how their romance started, Taylor said, “This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell. We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other.”

Guess Taylor can now cross “Clubbing with Parents” off the bucket list.
