'Schitt's Creek' Star Sarah Levy Welcomes First Child—& His Name Has a Special Connection to Dad Eugene

Major congrats are in order for Sarah Levy and Graham Outerbridge, who just welcomed their first child!

The Schitt's Creek star confirmed the news on July 5 by sharing a snap of the baby's feet on her Instagram page. And as it turns out, his name has a special connection to her dad, Eugene. She captioned the photo, "He decided to make an early entrance but we are so glad sweet James Eugene Outerbridge is in the world." Looks like this little guy already has quite a bit in common with his granddad.

Fans and celebrities filled the comments with congratulations and messages of support. One fan said, "Oh my goodness, how adorable. Congratulations to you all." Another fan wrote, "Yes! Nice nod to papa E with that name."

The announcement comes almost two months after Levy announced her pregnancy back in May. On Instagram, she shared a pic of herself cradling her baby bump and wrote, "We'll take all the salt & vinegar chips and the hottest hot sauce you have, thx!"

Naturally, fans, celebrities and fellow Schitt's Creek actors couldn't contain their excitement. Jennifer Robertson commented, “Sarah!!!!! I’m SO excited for you and Graham! I’ll send you All Dressed chips from Canada!!!” Meanwhile, journalist Katie Couric said, “Congratulations!!!!!”

Levy and Outerbridge tied the knot at the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, California back in October 2021—three years after they started dating. Although it was a private affair, Levy's brother, Dan, offered fans a glimpse of the happy occasion. And in the black-and-white pic, Dan and the bride are having a blast on the dance floor. He captioned the post, “My sister got married this weekend. This is absolutely not a photo of us screaming the lyrics to S Club Party on the dance floor. Love you, @sarahplevy.”

Clearly, bébé James is already in the best company. Congrats to the new parents!
