Kensington Palace Shares Striking New Photo of Prince William Standing Alone in the Rain

I love a striking royal portrait, whether it's a stunning black-and-white profile or a candid snap that's hiding the coolest optical illusion. So, when I saw that the royal family shared a new image of the Prince of Wales on social media, I couldn't help but pause.

There was Prince William on my Instagram feed, standing with the widest smile as he held his umbrella in the rain. With all the greenery in the surrounding forest, it looks like he walked straight into a scene from Into the Woods. The caption reads, "Filming for a very special @earthshotprize project earlier today."

The first slide shows the prince posing in a navy blue fall jacket as he holds his umbrella. And in the second slide, there's a snap of the royal being filmed on camera as he talks about the Earthshot Prize. One fan said, "I can’t wait to find out more about this."
