King Charles is finally returning home after a three-day stay in the hospital.
Today, the 75-year-old monarch was spotted leaving The London Clinic after undergoing a procedure to treat an enlarged prostate.

King Charles waved to photographers as he left the building. He was joined by his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, who visited him daily throughout his stay.

We first learned about King Charles’s health issue earlier this month when Buckingham Palace released a statement revealing that the monarch would undergo a procedure for an enlarged prostate.
According to People, the statement read, “His Majesty’s condition is benign, and he will attend hospital next week for a corrective procedure. The King’s public engagements will be postponed for a short period of recuperation.”
King Charles’s release took place on the same day that his daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, left the same hospital. Princess Catherine, 42, has been recovering from a previously unannounced abdominal surgery. Kensington Palace released a new statement confirming that the Princess of Wales has returned home following her stay at The London Clinic.
“The Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided,” it read. “The Wales family continues to be grateful for the well wishes they have received from around the world.”
