This week, Buckingham Palace announced that Princess Catherine’s next outing will take place on December 3. The royal will join her husband, Prince William, to welcome Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani (the Amir of the State of Qatar) and his wife, Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani, as they begin their two-day tour of the U.K.
