Jessica Chastain, 46, may have an Academy Award on her mantle, but when it comes to Taylor Swift, 33, she's just a fangirl like the rest of us.
On Saturday, August 26, the Zero Dark Thirty actress attended one of the Eras Tour stops in Mexico City, Mexico, and she posted a slideshow of photos and videos from the event to her Instagram.
“Spamming u w really good @taylorswift Eras Tour content,” Chastain wrote. “Thank you for organizing it @chapulo7.”
The first photo sees Chastain posing backstage next to Swift, along with her friends Ali Kiley and Kelly Carmichael. Then, the Help actress added videos from the concert, including clips of Swift performing hits like “Shake It Off” and “You Belong with Me.” The final video saw the pop superstar performing one of her surprise songs of the night: “Cornelia Street.”
Per her caption, Chastain must've gotten a little help securing the tickets from her pal Isaac Hernández. Hernández is a Mexican ballet dancer who is a lead principal in the English National Ballet. He has starred in the movie The King of All the World and the Netflix miniseries Someone Has To Die.
However, it appears that Hernández did not attend the show with Chastain and her friends. Still, for those wanting more glimpses from the show, Chastain's friend, Ali, also shared a carousel of videos, which you can watch below.
This isn't the first time that Chastain and Swift have gotten a photo together. In fact, back in 2014, the two posed together on the Golden Globes red carpet, where they were each wearing strapless dresses with matching sweetheart necklines.
The Scenes from a Marriage star is just the latest celeb we've seen attend the Eras Tour. In the past few weeks, everyone from Channing Tatum and Gayle King to Kevin Costner and Reese Witherspoon has gone to one of the shows.
