Jennifer Lopez Wore an Ab-Baring 3-Piece Cutout Jumpsuit at the 2022 iHeartRadio Awards

It wasn't long, however, before she slipped it off to reveal a super sexy jumpsuit consisting of an asymmetrical top with a triangle collar leading down to a strip of fabric across her chest and form-fitting pants. The top and bottom half were linked together by a silver chain, with cutouts that showed off her super-toned abs. She completed the look with glittery sequined arm sleeves and matching knee pads.

This ensemble was just one of several looks the Hustlers actress wore to the awards show. While accepting the Icon Award, Lopez donned a green Stéphane Rolland gown. It featured an asymmetrical top that included a long sleeve fully encasing her left arm, with the bottom half featuring a sheer skirt. The piece was absolutely stunning, drawing comparisons to the infamous green Versace dress she wore to the 2000 Grammy Awards.

During her acceptance speech, Lopez thanked her fans for all of their support. “I appreciate this so much, so very, very much,” she said. “I wish I could tell you that awards were the most important to me, but that's not true. And don't think that I don't appreciate the shiny, sparkly things, because I do! I cannot lie, everybody knows that I do. But this isn't why I do this. It's not what matters most to me. I really do it for you guys.”
