Jennifer Garner got the best surprise a boss could ask for—and judging by how she’s spoken about her team in the past, we’d say it’s very well deserved.

In honor of Boss’s Day in October, the actress's personal assistant, Maureen Grosser (AKA Mo), surprised the actress by honoring a very special request. Even better? She treated Garner to a fanny pack filled to the brim with all of her favorite things, from mints and chocolate to Waterloo Sparkling Water. Mo captioned the post, "Happy Boss’ Day, JG!"

In the clip, Mo shared a screenshot of Garner's initial message, where she asked her assistant if wearing an outfit designed with images of her face would be "too much to ask." Without hesitation, Mo simply replied, "Assignment understood." Then on Boss's Day, she turned up in a jumpsuit and socks featuring Jen’s face, complete with a matching fanny pack. And naturally, Garner's reaction was priceless.

In the comments, she tagged her other staff members and wrote, "Three total badass nerds right there, @mogrosser @nkpaiva @cvolden. I couldn’t be be any luckier."
