For starters, the properties are nice, with amenities ranging from basic (linens provided) to baller (private pool, tennis court). And once you book, you can take advantage of concierge services that include securing coveted dinner reservations at the Hamptons’ most-talked-about restaurants, arranging a local wine tasting or boat rental, or setting up a one-on-one fitness class by the pool. You can even arrange to have your grocery shopping taken care of, so you can arrive to a fully stocked fridge.
