The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence was featured on season six of the show, where a $105,000 budget allowed for a complete renovation of the property. We’re talking a brand new kitchen—which features a peninsula, an island and a breakfast nook—two bedrooms (each with their own attached bathrooms), an updated patio and more.

As for the interior, it seems as if the owners have maintained its original modern farmhouse aesthetic, with a mix of contemporary accents and soft, rustic furnishings. Think: sparkling white quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances with natural wood touches and pops of color throughout.

There are six beds throughout the home—including a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, two twin beds and two twin air mattresses—so it’s ideal for large groups and families alike. And to that end, the rental is located in a prime Nashville neighborhood, West End, which is within walking distance of Vanderbilt University and downtown’s famous Music Row.

“[This] was a great townhouse in a prime location. Very close to many great restaurants, an easy drive to Broadway, and walking distance to Centennial Park & Vandy. It’s very well appointed and the beds couldn’t be more comfortable after a long day on the town! We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re back in Nashville,” raves Jeff, who stayed at the property in April of 2022.
