Picture a white chocolate mocha made with milk and espresso as usual, poured over layers of mocha sauce and topped with whipped cream and strawberry drizzle. We’d totally have it pre-Christmas, but it screams Valentine’s Day to us.

You may need to fly to East Asia to taste this java drink, but it sounds like Vermont’s finest to us. Think maple- and butterscotch-flavored cold brew coffee, crowned with sweet vanilla oat cream.

Wow—they really pulled out all the stops with this one. Inspired by the buttery layers of French mille-feuille pastry, this bev combines decadent sweet custard and butter caramel sauces with the crunch of pie crust.
