The Best National Margarita Day Deals for Getting Your Sip On

Not only is today 2/22/22, it’s also National Margarita Day (which, in our book, is well worth a celebration). We’ve rounded up the best margarita deals around the country, so you can get your tequila on and save a few bucks. Whether you’re all about classic house margs or the tacos that come with them, read on for the top discounts of 2022.

Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant: For every regularly priced premium margarita sold, Abuelo’s will donate $2 to No Kid Hungry, a national campaign that works to end childhood hunger in the U.S.

American Social: Enjoy $5 house margaritas all day, or splurge on $10 specialty margaritas, like the Spicy Guava variety, instead.

Bahama Breeze: Sip on $5 classic margaritas all day long at this Caribbean-inspired chain. Where to-go drinks are allowed, you can also order a MAR-GO-RITA—a seven-ounce classic marg served in a portable pouch—for takeout. 

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse: Think $6 Brewhouse cocktails and a Margarita Flight with four flavors, including lemon berry, pineapple and fresh strawberry.

Chevys Fresh Mex: In honor of the palindromic date (2/22/22), you can get two house margs and two Taco Tuesday baskets (three tacos each) for $22. Starts at 3 p.m.

Chili’s: This fajita-slinging resto is pouring $3 house margaritas to celebrate. Chili’s also boasts a $5 Marg of the Month that’s available all day, every day. February’s is the Grand Romance ’Rita, made with Grand Marnier, blanco tequila, pomegranate syrup and fresh sour mix.

Chuy’s: Savor all-day drink specials at this Mexican-inspired spot. For just $2 more, you can make your house rocks or frozen ‘Rita a Grande and keep the commemorative cup to boot. You can also add a $1 floater of tequila to your drink to make it stronger. Go between 3 and 6 p.m. for $5 queso appetizers.

El Torito: If you’re in Cali, you’re in luck. This chain is offering $2.22 build-your-own tacos, along with $6 house margaritas, starting at 3 p.m.

Fish City Grill: We’ll meet you there for $6 gold margs. Feel free to spend a few more dollars on the Prickly Pear, Spicy Silver and Perfect Patron margaritas, too.

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop: At participating locations, you can treat yourself to a $5, 18-ounce house margarita.

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill: Is your name Margarita or Rita? Do you live in South Florida? Head to a location near you to claim a free margarita. (Everyone else can get in on all-day $5 margaritas instead.)

Miller’s Ale House: Sip on half-off house, strawberry and watermelon margaritas. (Not valid on pitchers or at Georgia locations.)

Ninety Nine Restaurant and Pub: While the house Cuervo margarita is always $5, you can also now get a Platinum margarita for $9.29. 

On the Border: Not only will this beloved chain be shaking $5 house margaritas all day, but they’ll also be topping them with 40-cent pours of Grand Marnier in honor of the restaurant’s 40th birthday. 

Ruby Tuesday: Get in on $2 mini margs, along with $2 domestic drafts. You can also add a garden bar salad or dessert to your meal (provided you buy an entrée) for $2. Oh, and you can cash in on a $22 deal that includes one appetizer and two entrees.

Sugar Factory: Score a free tequila shot with any purchase of a margarita goblet.
