I Track Sales and Deals for a Living—Here's Everything in My Cart Ahead of Black Friday

Black Friday is the only time I'm willing to splurge on a pricey pair of jeans. You too? Then you'll want to head straight for this pick from Mother. The brand has earned a stamp of approval from both Meghan Markle and PureWow royal expert Rachel Bowie, who tried a slew of the denim styles and instantly fell in love with their fit. While the jeans usually cost a pretty penny, I plan on getting my hands on this beloved style for a steal as soon as Nordstrom's Black Friday sale is officially in full swing. The Hustlers are supposedly made of a soft and stretchy cotton blend, so I have high hopes they'll fit me fabulously in all the right places. They're also slightly flared at the hem, which makes 'em perfect for donning with boots this fall and winter. Watch this space, y'all.

While I haven't worn lipstick in years, I can't resist the chance to score this must-have Merit set for less. It comes with your choice of one of the brand's beloved lippies (including a medium pink brown, a deep burgundy and a soft mauve), along with the famous Flush Balm (a fave of Sarah Jessica Parker), a perfecting complexion stick, an "instant glow" serum and a priming moisturizer. Basically, it's everything I could possibly need to prep my face before a day at the office or a night on the town. The elegant packaging is just the gloss on top.

I had the pleasure of getting a sneak peek at Away's new, *limited-edition* Cosmic collection in person, and let's just say it was love at first sparkle. It really is as glamorous as they come, designed to perfection with a glitter-injected hard shell (with a glossy finish) and metallic leather handles. But believe it or not, the exterior isn't the only main attraction—open it up and you'll discover the brand's signature interior compression system that shoppers swear helps you pack like a pro. And, yes, it has a TSA lock, 360-degree spinner wheels and a laundry bag to boot, so I'm for sure scooping it up on sale before my next flight.

Hourglass-shaped outerwear has been all the rage this season, so I've obviously got my eye on this Cooper cardigan from Jenni Kayne. It has a subtly tapered silhouette that I just know will make my waist look snatched and my fit look demure. Not to mention, the styling possibilities are endless—I can wear it as an extra layer, throw it over my shoulders or button it up to don as a top. As if it couldn't get any better, buyers also say its wool and cashmere blend really is as soft and cozy as it looks, and if you ask me, that's all that really matters (well, besides some impressive savings).

Since there's no chance I'll buy a Birkin on sale this Black Friday—womp womp—I have my sights set on this Hermès lookalike, which already costs a fraction of the price (but may very well get marked down for even less). Thanks to its hardware accents, zip-around closure and pebbled leather construction, the satchel looks as luxurious as any Birkin. And it also disappoint on the functionality front, boasting an interior zip pocket, a slip pocket and a center zip compartment. So here's hoping that Christmas comes early, and I have the chance to secure it on sale in this burgundy color, which just so happens to be majorly trending RN.

I blame Oprah Winfrey and her annual 'Favorite Things' list for why I'm dying to get my hands on this portable, packable steam iron. Since Oprah originally put me on, I now know that the compact device has six fabric-specific settings (for poly, silk, wool, cotton, denim and linen), so I've been dreaming of using it without fear of damaging my investment pieces. Thanks to those iron plates, it should work like a hair straightener to smooth out both sides of any fabric, from clothes to sheets, in one fell swoop, no flipping required. And did I mention it also serves as a steamer if you load it up with water? Yep, this baby offers the best of both worlds when it comes to banishing wrinkles, and that's something I need in my life—preferably, at a discount.

Black Friday is the perfect time to scoop up styles you'll need this year and next, which brings me to this gorgeous ruffled chiffon number that'll have me looking my best (dressed) well into the springtime. With a lace-up back, flirty floral print and subtle side cutouts, it's the perfect degree of extra for weddings and special occasions. Plus, it's machine-washable, so I look forward to wearing this masterpiece for any and all future events that require me to get glammed up.

As you may or may not know, the Mejuri Black Friday sale is kicking off on Nov. 25, and if there's any piece I'll be claiming for 25 percent off, it's this bold bauble that's Taylor Swift-approved. Yes, you read that right. Swift was spotted wearing this very ring on the night that Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs earned their spot in the 2024 Super Bowl. There was actually some speculation that the 14K yellow gold accessory brought about the good luck (you know, since red gemstones are associated with love, protection and vitality), and I don't know about you, but I can't say no to a glamorous accessory that comes with really good energy—or a really good discount.

Whoever said you shouldn't buy a sofa during Black Friday clearly doesn't know that it's one of the best times to buy furniture. I, for one, plan on securing this plush sectional from Albany Park.
