As with blueberry milk nails, salmon bowls and upholstery cleaners, we first heard the term “everything shower” on TikTok. “Most of our showers are everything showers…no?” we thought naively, thinking of the rare few times we don’t wash our hair along with everything else.

Boy, were we wrong. An “everything shower,” according to TikTok, is the bathing equivalent of a 12-step skincare routine. It includes (but is not limited to): shaving, exfoliating, moisturizing, face masks, cleansing shampoos, nail care, conditioning treatments, hair masks, double cleansing, hair and body oils, dry brushing and more. Whew.

And according to TikTok creator Mei Mei, there is a “right” way to take an Everything Shower—it involves the Dove 2-in-1 exfoliating and moisturizing body scrub. Check out this video to see it in action.

The Dove scrubs, which come in four indulgent scents, contain effective exfoliants that whisk away dirt and dead cells while leaving skin feeling soft and smooth. As you can see from the video above, the creamy, whipped texture also helps moisturize the body, revealing back, chest, legs and arms that are smooth and hydrated. It also takes care of two important steps of the “everything shower,” saving time and revealing healthy, glowing skin in the process. One less step in our 30-minute shower routine? Hey, we’ll take it.
