The recent need for social distancing has left many folks searching for answers about the 2020 wedding season.
Over the weekend, The Knot Worldwide launched a 24/7 hotline that is dedicated to answering all your wedding planning questions. In just one night, they received over 100 calls, 3,000 Instagram comments and hundreds of messages from soon-to-be brides and grooms.
While some couples are downsizing and others are postponing, The Knot revealed that most people are inquiring about the same four topics:
- “My wedding is scheduled for May/June—do you think I should postpone?”
- “I feel so alone in this situation, and don’t want to cancel—is that an option?”
- “Can I get wedding insurance now? How can I get refunds from my vendors?”
- “How should I communicate with my guests what the plan is now for our wedding?”
