Could the Spice Girls be coming back together to give fans what they really (really) want?
In a new video shared on TikTok, Victoria Beckham aka Posh Spice teased the possibility of another reunion tour on the horizon. The newly shared clip (posted on Sunday, July 23) shows Beckham, 49, singing the words to one of the Spice Girls’ hit singles, “Say You’ll Be There,” during a karaoke jam sesh.
But it’s not what fans saw in the video that got them excited, it’s what the singer penned in the caption. She wrote, “Warming up the vocals in Miami! More to come!”
The “more to come” hint led to plenty of fangirling in the comments section, with one person writing, “Please reunite with the girls,” alongside prayer hands emojis. Another said, “Yeeeeeees! We need this comeback!!!!”
This surprising implication comes as fans have been speculating a second Spice Girls reunion tour may be in the works. Back in 2018, Beckham denied rumors of a reunion tour, revealing to Vogue U.K, “I’m not going on tour. The girls aren’t going on tour.” And a year later, the girls (except for Beckham) embarked on a world tour together.
Even though Beckham couldn’t join her former bandmates on tour, the fashion mogul did send a special message to her girls on social media. “I won’t be joining my girls on stage again, but being in the Spice Girls was a hugely important part of my life and I wish them so much love and fun as they go back on tour next year,” she said, according to Page Six.
