Ricky Martin and Husband Jwan Yosef Are Expanding Their Family Again

Congratulations are in order!

Ricky Martin and his husband, Jwan Yosef, are expecting another baby and expanding their close-knit family. The “Livin’ la Vida Loca” singer broke the news at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner on Saturday, while winning the National Visibility Award for his LGBTQ+ advocacy and philanthropy work.

The American Crime Story star gave a speech, thanking his family (who were in attendance) before revealing the surprise to the crowd. “And by the way, I have to announce that we are pregnant. We are waiting,” he said with a big smile on his face as the crowd cheered. “I love big families.” 

Martin and Yosef already share 11-year-old twins, Matteo and Valentino, and 8-month-old Lucia. It was only last month that we finally got the first photo of their new baby girl and it was worth the wait. Martin hinted at wanting to expand his family back in 2017 at Watch What Happens Live and has since spoken about having more children in the future.

“I would love to have a big family. Yes, I do want a big family, but there’s a lot going on at the moment with a lot of work, wedding, it’s a lot going on. So we’re going to put things in order first and then we’re going to get ready for many more kids,” Martin expressed at the 2018 Golden Globes. 

There are no details yet on when we can expect the next member of the Martin-Yosef family, but we’re so ready for a new baby on board.
