Though I was mesmerized by Meghan Markle, 42, and her close friend, Serena Williams, completely stealing the show on the 2024 ESPY Awards red carpet, I almost missed a sweet PDA moment between the Suits alum and her husband, Prince Harry.
Last night, the Duke of Sussex, 39, took home the Pat Tillman Award for Service for his continued work with the Invictus Games Foundation. And while he was sitting in the audience with his other half, a genuine moment shared between the two was captured on camera.
In a photo snapped by Kevin Mazur, Markle places a gentle hand on her husband’s knee as she looks toward the stage. While staring straight ahead, Prince Harry looks extremely stoic as he sits next to his wife. For the occasion, the royal spare kept it simple with a black tailored suit with a white button-up shirt and a matching black tie. Meanwhile, Markle was in a white sleeveless Oscar de la Renta gown (that looked a lot like her wedding dress).
